With an unemployment rate estimated at Seventy Percent and a welfare dependency rate of more than Fourty Percent, the Disabled Community represents the most impoverished segment of the American Society.  Disabled Individuals working with Service and/or Assistance Animals represent the general characteristics of the larger Disability Community. Therefore, it is essential to move toward partnership policies at Veterinary Clinics & Hospitals, Pet Stores, Suppliers, Food Companies, other Charitable Organizations (including Churches and Ministries), and Politicians, in the effort that it will help diminish the financial stress created by high bills and no cost-of-living-increases from 2010 to 2012.

Renegade's will advocate for the rights of all tenants and community members, to include the elderly and the disabled, to have companion animals (both Mascots and Service & Therapy Animals). We will work to educate the General Public and Landlords as to the laws and benefits, both psychological and physiological, of allowing their tenants to maintain companion animals. Through this program we will work to generate a set of national rules and regulations that will provide a framework to best accomplish this task and that will protect the environment as well. In addition, we will assist tenants with Social Service Issues and Disabilities that can directly or indirectly affect their relationships with their companion animals and/or the Community.

Renegade's will promote respect, compassion, reverence, and understanding of our interactions with all living creatures, the environment, and one another. Renegade's will observe developments in the community and environment which could influence our Service/Therapy Animals, the Disabled Community Members, and the Foundation operations, and provide accommodations to the changing circumstances as necessary in pursuance of the Renegade's Vision and Mission. Renegade's will work relentlessly to enhance the dignity and self-confidence of both the Service/Therapy Animals and the individuals who utilized them. Renegade's will continuously provide assistance so that the relationship between the Service/Therapy Animal and the person with the Disability will strengthened. Renegade's will work to enlightened the General Public as to the needs of companion animals and their role in the environment and participate in public policy issues of said consideration. Renegade's will network with other organizations to better educate the Community as to the consequences of irresponsible behavior toward animals, the Disabled, and the environment.
